We are looking for an ambitious Senior Project Manager who has several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and is passionate about innovative projects in the area of business intelligence. So if you like to lead projects with several stakeholders in a complex environment and data analytics drives your daily motivation then you should apply for this job. In this role and together with your team, you will be responsible for stakeholder management, longterm project planning, project controlling as well as building up longterm partnerships with existing and new customers. The ideal candidate has already several years of experience in leading (BI) projects in the Pharma industry-  and is fluent in German and English language.

Responsibilities 

  • Project Lead for technology (CRM, BI) and consulting projects in pharma 
  • Build up, establish and expand a new business model 
  • First contact person for external and internal people in terms of the new business model 
  • Partnering with internal and external teams lead the delivery of Customer facing engagements to successful outcomes, within the scope of the agreed engagement
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Customer providing guidance 
  • Partnering with key domain delivery roles (Analysts, Consultants etc.)
  • Apply core project/program governance techniques to deliver the engagement efficiently and effectively from initiation to closure and identify next steps for the customers to achieve greater business value
  • Apply monitoring and controlling techniques to identify and mitigate all risks and issues and manage the engagement health effectively, raising awareness early to avoid escalations
  • Responsible for engagement resourcing, including engagement and onboarding of partners and subcontractors
  • Deliver accurate and regular engagement reporting to both Customers and our key stakeholders
  • Maintain intellectual property and project deliverables within project repositories
  • Participate in internal delivery communities to share best practice and lessons learned

 

 

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience 

  • Completed studies 
  • Several years (5+) of experience in project management  in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with CRM / BI projects
  • Experience leading deliveries in a professional services capacity, delivering to end Customers
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in leading project or program teams to successful Customer outcomes
  • Demonstrated abilities in vision building, leading and motivating multi-disciplinary team
  • Excellent oral and written communication including strong presence with Executive Stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to facilitate and influence at senior levels
  • Flexibility with the ability to balance priorities across multiple tasks
  • Very good presentation skills 
  • Customer-oriented thinking 
  • Very good knowledge of current relevant technologies, processes and products in the area of BI 
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or other enterprise applications
