ysura is a SaaS innovator, committed to providing intuitive, fast and flexible commercial solutions for pharma organisations across the spectrum — niche businesses, medium companies and large global enterprises. 

We are growing and are looking for an ambitious and passionate Marketing Manager to help build the ysura brand globally. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, using your incredible skill and passion for writing, you will create and edit various types of content to nurture sales, drive leads, and raise brand awareness. You will produce various high-quality long and short form copy for press releases, case studies, web copy, product guides, etc. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS and B2B marketing and be ready to thrive in an innovative and entrepreneurial organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Be an exemplary writer, consistent with our company’s tone and mission. You write clean, concise and well-polished copy
  • Craft interesting and well-researched content to drive traffic, attract and convert potential customers and continuously engage existing customers
  • Write content for various purposes such as product guides, white papers, website copy, eBooks, case studies, webinars, videos, presentations, infographics, etc.
  • Identify relevant keywords to create search-engine optimised copy to maximise reach
  • Measure and improve performance of copy where possible and applicable
  • Stay up-to-date with latest trends in life sciences, developments in competitive landscape, B2B and SaaS marketing tactics, prospect and customer challenges to identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Work closely with marketing team and other departments to create effective communication that articulate our product’s core benefits 
  • Drive thought leadership that fuels marketing collateral, webinars and press releases, with the mission to build brand awareness, and a reputation that ysura is an expert in its field
  • Maintain editorial calendar and content project plans; provide regular updates to stakeholders, and determine metrics for ensuring effectiveness of marketing content
  • Optimise delivery strategy for each piece by implementing best practices and data visualisation techniques, repeatedly testing tools, content formats, and distribution channels with various target audience segments
  • Ensure that all communications adhere to brand and communications standards and are written in a consistent ysura “voice"
  • Work in collaboration with Marketing Manager - Channels to produce content for various outreach programs and channels as required

 

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in copywriting for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider
  • Past experience building audiences through online and offline content
  • English native speaker is a must and fluent German language skills are highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications or related discipline, requied
  • Working knowledge and in-depth understanding of life sciences, nice to have
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling
  • Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive, required
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it, required
  • Experience producing content for websites, as well as channel-specific knowledge (Tradeshows, Social media, etc.), nice to have
  • Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation, skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics, nice to have
  • Experience with Web Content Management Systems, HTML, Marketo, and Adobe Creative Cloud, and a range of martech and analytics tools, a bonus!
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately, required
